Hey! Democracy 2.0 is a happenin'! I was one of 5 who managed a vote swapping experiment in Canada, during our last Fed. election. We used FB and had an app built to swap votes between ppl. At first the public was confused. Then when our press geek started getting interviews from mainstream press WHAMO! The government entity that oversees elections announced they would study our platform and determine if we are breaking any laws. In the end they stated we were within our legal rights to vote swap and use FB as a platform to do so. Twelve thousand vote swaps towards the GREEN Party later -the next election will be very interesting to work with and watch unfold! Canadian musicians all on their own accord started organizing and made this video as well. IT IS POSSIBLE to use 2.0 to exact change. Don't be afraid! I mean one branch of our gov't put themselves on the line and legally validated our activities! Support comes from the most unlikely places :)

Enjoying the read. Tried to answer the question. Distracted by your Posse. I came across the answer in a link.
If there ever was a blueprint to market the salvation of humanity it'd probably look like this:
http://theconversationprism.com/1024/
+ 4 teams of 12-20 working 24-7 that are serious about watering the tree of democracy with a relentless symphony of organically choreographed Socratic campaigns that dogmatically craft America's digital grass roots to cultivate democracy2.o across the bandwidth.

Special thanks for sharing thoughts and making e-introductions, especially enjoyed learning about:

Elected officials that don't proactively market their endorsement of this bill should be listed in a full page add in every major newspaper as public enemies #1.
