		<description>I think it&#039;s a pretty profound, self-reflective, ...maybe even medatative process, to stop in the quiet to look at what we really want. ...I think it coincides with knowing ourselves and growing more and more integrated as a person. Living out who we authentically are and what we truthfully want is, I think, an important step towards being genuinely known by others. And that is potentially the deepest satisfaction we can know.</description>
